Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) , 30 (c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 75 liters of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the bust at Jokaha bahiyar sitauted in the village Matihani Kharaj . 4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . The alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from an open place . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive special Excise Judge - I begusarai in connection with Chhaurahi (Chhaudahi ) Police Station Case No. 20 of 2025 subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
