Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, Mr. Rajan Kahol & Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocates General with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. While placing on record communication dated 23.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, Jhandutta Division, HPPWD Jhandutta, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that notification under Section 11 of Land Acquisition Act has been issued on 08.05.2025 and further, notification under Section 19 also stands issued on 07.05.2025 by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Besides above, process for issuance of notification under Section 21(2) is underway, which has been completed at the earliest. Since it is quite apparent from the aforesaid communication that process has already been initiated for implementation of judgment, alleged to have been violated, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed with a direction to the
respondents to ensure that needful, in terms of judgment, alleged to have been violated, is done expeditiously, preferably within three months, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate Court of law in the appropriate proceedings. List for compliance on 10.12.2025. August 25, 2025
