HC Narender Raj No.96 I.O.PS, Chopal, District Shimla, H.P. Cr.M.P No. 5291 of 2024 The respondents have placed on record the instructions dated 10.01.2025, which go to indicate that as many as five police Constables have been deputed for the protection of the petitoner. However, these Constables have a grievance that they have not been provided access to the washroom of the petitioner and have to cover a distance of more than 300 meters to reach the nearest washroom. The applicant/petitioner is directed to provide access to the lady Constables to use the washroom. With these observations, the application stands disposed of.
