order has been passed in favour of the petitioner but the consequential benefits which has been ordered to be extended to the petitioner has not been paid.
2. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out.
3. However the respondents, as mentioned in the speaking
order, should disburse the consequential benefits as early as possible.
4. The contempt application is dropped.
