Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents produced a copy of Memo No.2917397/HE-EC/2025, Higher Education (EC) Department, dated 11.09.2025, which shows that the Government, after careful examination of the matter, accepted the proposal of the DTE-AP, Mangalagiri, for variation in intakes in respect of petitioner institution in the APEAPCET-2025 web counselling for the academic year 2025-2026. 3. In view of the same, since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Contempt Case. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
