2. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.
3. The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to release the petitioner's husband on parole for 30 days and transfer to Bangalore Central prison.
4. The parole was sought for 30 days in the year
2021. Now we are in the month of January 2025. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition at this juncture. The Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
