The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd Respondent as illegal and arbitrary in disqualifying the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has furnished false information regarding litigation history although the petitioner had filed the copies of the orders in W.P.No. 46886 of 2016 dated 21.02.2017 and declare the petitioner as eligible for the Tender Notifications in Tender ID Nos.85735 and 85739 dated 03.12.2016 issued by the 3rd Respondent herein and award the tenders in favour of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court.
