After some arguments, Mr. Albert Keisham, learned counsel on record for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petition for the present but made a request to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to file a writ petition afresh inter alia annexing the impugned recruitment rule (if so advised and if so desired).
