Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 457/2025 dated 23.11.2025. Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be granted an opportunity to appear before the Trial Court to pray for regular bail in view of the fact that the charge has already been submitted vide C.S. No. 457/2025 dated 23.11.2025 in connection with Gauripur P.S. Case No. 414/2025 registered under Sections 22(c)/22(b)/ 25/29 of the NDPS Act. Without determining the merits of the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding validity of the notice under Section 48 of BNSS, 2023, the present bail application is closed allowing the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court with appropriate bail application. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father of 3 years old child, which requires taking care of the child.
