Further prayer has been made for staying the further proceedings before the trial Court. 2. Status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Sarwan Singh Bal, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Phillaur, District Jalandhar (Rural) has been filed on behalf of respondent-State, in the Court today, same is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4. Allowed to do so. 5.
