1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):
"10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned order dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure-P/1) and impugned order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure- P/2) which relates to order of transfer of the petitioner 55 kms away from the present place of posting i.e. from Government Primary School Kesla Block Division Korba to Primary School Chhindkona Block Division Korba. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to post the petitioner at the nearest Vacant Single Teacher Primary School in accordance with law i.e. at Primary School Ompur. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition."
2. When the matter has been called up for hearing, the learned State counsel on instruction would submit that the authorities have considered the case of the petitioner and suitable order has been passed and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
3. The submissions made by learned State counsel is not disputed by the
learned counsel for the petitioner
4. On the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of.
