Heard the learned counsel for parties. 3. Learned Addl. SPP who was directed to take notice in this petition on instructions, submits that the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23919 CRL.P No. 7875 of 2025 police do not intend to arrest the petitioners and the petitioners are required to cooperate with the police as and when enquiry notice is issued to them. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, as and when enquiry notice is received by the petitioners they are ready and willing to cooperate with the police for the purpose of investigation. 5. The petition is disposed of placing on record the aforesaid submissions and it is needless to state that as and when enquiry notice is received by the petitioners, they shall cooperate with the police for the purpose of investigation.
