“10.1. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call entire record from respondent SECL in respect of verification of membership of Unions.
10.2. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to verify the membership of the petitioner’s Union to avail the facility of check off system for the year 2020.
10.3. Any other relief which may Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.
10.4. Cost of the petition is also awarded.” 2) Mr. Kale submits that the respondent authorities are not verifying the membership of the union for the check-off facility for the year 2020. Therefore, he prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to verify the options submitted by the members of the petitioner-union for the year 2020 and thereafter transfer the deducted amount to the concerned union. 3) On the other hand, Dr. Shukla, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the intervenor, submits that the deduction from the salaries of the members of the union was already made in the year 2020 by SECL authorities on the basis of options of employees. 4) Taking into consideration the dispute involved in the present petition, the SECL authorities are directed to verify the options submitted by the members of the union for the year 2020 and thereafter transfer the deducted amount to the concerned union. 5) The SECL authorities shall complete the entire exercise within a period of 60 days
-3- from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6) With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), this writ petition is hereby
