The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Meral P.S. Case No. 133 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 11.07.2024, at about 06:25 p.m., three unknown persons came to the worksite of the informant and opened fire. Nobody was injured in the said fire. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that co- accused Vikram Singh has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 10306/2024 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Meral P.S.
