As per the documents placed on record by learned Public Prosecutor, the father of the petitioner namely Jagmal Singh passed away on 26.08.2017. The factum of ill-health has also been verified. However, he contends that the petitioner is a habitual offender as there are nine other cases registered against the petitioner. He thus, opposes the bail application. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the factum of the ill-health of the mother of the petitioner, I deem it just and proper to accept the instant second interim bail application. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that the petitioner be enlarged on interim bail till 31.01.2025 provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties in the like amount (out of which one surety shall be local) to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority by 4:00 PM of
31.01.2025. However, during currency of this interim bail application, the petitioner is required to mark his presence every day in the local police station.
The application is disposed of accordingly. (ANIL KUMAR UPMAN),J LALIT MOHAN /752
