The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Maranghada P.S. Case No. 31/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 19.11.2023, dead body of the mother of the informant was recovered from Dulmi Bariburu forest area. 4. It was submitted that F.I.R. has been instituted against unknown person. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was also submitted that nothing incriminating article was recovered on pointing out of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by the different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khunti in connection with Maranghada P.S.
