OMP No.1674 of 2025 The present application has been filed in the Arbitration Appeal, which has been decided by this Court, on 18.09.2024. By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount, as awarded, by the learned Arbitrator, along with up to date interest. This application has been contested by the non- applicant. As per the reply, amount has been deposited before this Court, in pursuance of the order dated 15.03.2024. As per the stand taken in the reply, no appeal is intended to be filed. Considering the said fact, application under consideration is allowed, and the amount, as awarded, by the learned Arbitrator, along with up to date interest, which has been deposited by the non-applicant with the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particulars of which, have been mentioned, in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
