Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Acharya Rajesh Tripathi, learned AGA for State. 2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct to the learned Family Court, Court No. 1, Meerut to decide the execution case no. 349 of 2022 in Original Suit No. 489 of 2018 (Shaurya and another Vs. Ajay Kumar), the earliest within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Generally, the orders passed by the Family Court are appealable under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984; hence, such orders cannot be challenged under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by passing the statutory remedy available under the Family Courts Act. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is not maintainable before this Court and is, therefore, dismissed. 5. Relevant documents of the trial court, if any, shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopies of the same to be kept on record.
