Present are the bunch of six writ petitions, the details of which are mentioned in the heading involve common question of law in the context of common set of facts and thus they are being decided by a common order. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present bunch of petitions has already been decided by this Court while passing the order in the bunch of petitions including CWP No.1448 of 2019 titled “Chandigarh Child and Women Development Corporation Ltd. Vs. Dil Raj Singh and anr.” , decided on SAPNA GOYAL 2025.04.23 16:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-6167-2023(O&M) and other connected cases -3- 25.03.2025, wherein the similar award passed on the same ground that termination of services of the respondent-workmen was in violation of Section 25F of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (hereinafter referred to as ‘1947 Act’ has been held to be bad. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-workmen has not been able to dispute the fact that the similar awards passed in favour of the respondent- workmen on the similar grounds, has already been set aside. 4. Keeping in view the above mentioned facts, the present petitions are also allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.1448 of 2019 titled “Chandigarh Child and Women Development Corporation Ltd. Vs. Dil Raj Singh and anr.” , decided on 25.03.2025. 5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. 6.
