No. 217 of 2024 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 413 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and charge sheet has been submitted under section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau. 3. On 10.11.2022 at about 7.00 p.m., named accused persons are alleged to have strangulated the deceased. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the deceased. 5. Ms. Sushma Aind, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that the witnesses have stated that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the deceased. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau in connection with S.T. No. 217 of 2024 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 234 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 413 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
