This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) and Section 22 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with Mahagama PS case No. 102 of 2024 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 13 of 2024. 3.
