Perusal of the reply filed by the respondents reveals that mandate contained in the order/judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with and petitioner has been re-engaged, as a result thereof, petitioner is permitted to render her services till the age 60 years. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application and accordingly same is disposed of. Needless to say, continuation of the petitioner in service till the age of 60 years shall abide by the outcome of the SLP filed by the State of Himachal Pradesh in Satya Devi’s case.
