The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 3rd January, 2024 (Annexure-2 to the writ petition), issued by the respondent no.2, whereby the petitioner has been asked to repay the outstanding loan of Rs.7.98,791/- along with interest, as guarantor of personal loan taken by Prabhat Singh, who died on 8th January, 2022, resulting in default in payment of the said personal loan. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to prefer a fresh representation on the present issue before the respondent no.1, who, in turn, after verifying the relevant records and on providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other concerned person shall take an appropriate informed decision within eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 3.
