HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22547 CRL.P No. 7932 of 2025
ORAL ORDER
1. This petition is filed with a prayer to relax condition no.(e) imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2004/2025 disposed of on 25.03.2025.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
3. Petitioner who was arrayed as accused no.4 in Crime No.118/2024 had approached this Court in Crl.P.No.2004/2025 seeking regular bail. The said petition was allowed by order dated 25.03.2025, subject to certain conditions, and condition no.(e) reads as under:
"e) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of the said Court until the case registered against him is disposed of."
4. Seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition, petitioner is before this Court.
5.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the permanent resident of Hyderabad and his wife has now delivered, and therefore, the aforesaid condition may be relaxed.

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22547 CRL.P No. 7932 of 2025
6. Learned HCGP does not seriously oppose the said prayer.
7. Crl.P.No.2004/2025 was disposed of on 25.03.2025, and there is no allegation that petitioner has not complied with any of the bail conditions imposed by this Court in the said order. Material on record would go to show that petitioner is the permanent resident of Hyderabad and it is now stated that his wife has delivered. Under the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner to relax condition no.(e) needs to be granted. Accordingly, the following
order:
8. Petition is allowed. Condition no.(e) imposed by this Court in the order dated 25.03.2025 while disposing of Crl.P.No.2004/2025 stands relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
