Taking into account that the adjudication in the accompanying writ petition would touch upon the rights of the said elected members, it is the opinion of this Court that they should also be made parties to the instant accompanying petition. 3. Accordingly, the six respondents in the instant application are arrayed as respondent Nos. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 to the accompanying writ petition. 4. The learned counsel for the applicants shall file a fresh Memo of Parties before the Registry of this Court and the Registry shall make necessary correction in the cause title on the basis of the present order as well as update the same in the CIS. 5.
