Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.9(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2902 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
