Adarsh Co-operative Bank Ltd. and Ors., this Court vide order dated 03.09.2025, considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual litigant has passed following order which is reproduced herein under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have assailed the impugned order dated 12.08.2025 passed by Commercial Court No.1, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, whereby application moved by the petitioners for [2025:RJ-JP:39280] (4 of 4) [CW-12619/2025] early listing and objection qua validity of execution application is rejected. Heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel and upon perusal of impugned order dated 12.08.2025, this Court has noted that the petitioner is a habitual litigant and this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned order as the same is passed in a speaking manner and suffers no malafides. Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed." 2. In the instant matter, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that acquisition application is of the year 2023 wherein despite the fact that the same is listed at appropriate intervals, no hearing has taken place till date. It is submitted that the petitioner has moved an early hearing application. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the competent Court to consider the application and pass appropriate orders thereto. It is expected that the learned Court shall adjudicate the matter promptly. 4. The present bunch of petitions is accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
