No.6431 of 2024 The petitioner has given a representation dated 15.02.2025 to the respondents requesting them to lift the attachment and defreeze the Current Bank Account No.0042073000004949, maintained by the petitioner with the fifth respondent bank. Since the representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.Arvind Srivatsa, learned Junior Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law by the respondents 1 to 4 and final orders are passed thereafter. 5.Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 4 to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2025 seeking for lifting the attachment and defreezing their Current Bank Account No.0042073000004949, maintained with the fifth respondent bank, on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.
