Civil Writ Petition No.11905/2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter before the Executing Court is pending for final arguments since 02.07.2025, but inadvertently this fact was recorded as “the matter is pending for final arguments since November, 2023”. Learned counsel submits that, for the aforesaid purpose, the [2025:RJ-JP:33587] (2 of 2) [WMAP-350/2025] instant application has been submitted seeking correction in the order dated 11.08.2025. Considering the above, the instant misc. application stands disposed of. The word “since November, 2023” be read as “02.07.2025”.
