The petitioners impugned the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the tribe claims of the petitioners belonging to ‘Mannervarlu’ Scheduled Tribe. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the blood relatives from the family of the petitioners have been granted conditional validities by this Court in Writ Petition No.10364 of 2023 vide order dated 29.08.2025 and Writ Petition No.11791 of 2024 vide order dated 24.10.2024. The learned A.G.P did not dispute the said fact. Therefore, we are inclined to allow this Writ Petition by 2025:BHC-AUG:25239-DB 2 949.WP-11140-2025.doc setting aside the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee. We, thus, pass following order : ORDER i) The Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order is hereby quashed and set-aside. ii) The Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue validity certificates in favour of the petitioners of belonging to ‘Mannvervarlu’ Scheduled Tribe, subject to following conditions : a) The certificates to be issued to the petitioners shall be conterminus with the validity certificates on which the petitioners has relied before us. b) The petitioners shall not claim any equities. c) In the event the petitioners case is reopened, the petitioners shall co-operate with the Scrutiny Committee for taking the matter to its logical end.
