This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the interim order dated 05.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6388 of 2025. 3. On perusal of the contempt petition, this Court found that the Opposite Parties have not violated the interim order dated 05.03.2025. 4. However, it is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that since certain changes have been made in the Page 2 of 2. arrangement with regard to operation of the bank amount, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing I.A. No.5615 of 2025 in the above noted writ petition. 5. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to take steps for listing of the I.A.
