Heard Sri. Varadaraja P.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the Site bearing No.19 carved out in Survey No.46 of Kadathanamale Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk has been granted and accordingly, the registered Sale Deed was executed in favour of the petitioner on 31st October, 2012. Pursuant to the same, the respondent- Authorities have not issued Hakku Patra in favour of the petitioner in respect of the same, despite, he had requested by filing a representation dated 07th - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23947 WP No. 16801 of 2025 January, 2025. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.4 -Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation dated 07th January, 2025 (Annexure-C) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
