Case No. 31 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 420, 354, 354(C), 504, 506, 509 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have uploaded the nude photographs of the Informant on the Instagram. During the course of investigation, it has transpired that the mobile phone of the petitioner was used in uploading the nude photographs of the victim on Instagram. 4.
