Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he assaulted the complainant de facto with fists and kicks, though his co- accused Himanshu and Shubham @ Sube were carrying pistol and the co- accused Shubham @ Sube also demanded Rs.2,00,000/-. There is no other allegation against the accused/applicant. 4. In view of above circumstances, including the role ascribed to the accused/applicant and there being no serious opposition, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the accused/applicant shall be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO. 5.
