The applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount of 2025:BHC-AUG:28995 {2} CA 11141 OF 2025 compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court alongwith interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
