1. This application is for condonation of delay for restoration of writ petition which came to be dismissed by order dated 24.07.2023 for non removal of office objection.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the petition was dismissed at the stage when no notice was issued to the respondents and as such, the notice to the respondents be dispensed with.

Order indicates that before issuance of notice, petition came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. As such, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. Perused the application. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, volunteers that the petitioner is ready to pay cost of Rs. 1,000/- to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Bench at Aurangabad.
5. Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses “B and C”.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of 2 weeks. If objections are not removed in time, petition shall stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
