In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 09th April, 2025 (Annexure-C) filed for issuance of Hakku Patra in respect of the Site bearing No.73 carved out in Survey No.46 of the Kadathanamale Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yalahanka Taluk. 3. Heard Sri. Varadaraja P.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the Site bearing No.73 carved out in Survey No.46 of Kadathanamale Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk has been granted and accordingly, the registered Sale Deed was executed in favour of the petitioner on 06th December, 2012. Pursuant to the same, the respondent-Authorities have not issued Hakku Patra in favour of the petitioner in respect of the same, despite, she had requested by filing a representation dated 09th April, 2025. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.4-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation dated 09th April, 2025 (Annexure-C) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
