Chatterjee, Special P.P. --- 02 / 25.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 128 of 2024 arising out of Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara. 3. Petitioners are the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased namely Muskan Khatun who was allegedly smothered to death in her matrimonial home. 4. Case diary earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the doctor has not found any evidence of smothering during the postmortem examination. It appears that the husband of the deceased Gul Mohammad has been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara in connection with S.T. No. 128 of 2024 arising out of Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
