This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the interference by the 3rd Respondent - Station House Officer, Macherla Town Police Station - in the Petitioners civil rights and peaceful possession of Flat No. 303 in Sai Siddarth Prime Castle, covered by Sale Deed No. 8242 of 2022, dated 05.11.2022, as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional.”

2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, no crime has been registered against the Petitioner. Based on the complaint lodged by Respondent No.4, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for preliminary enquiry. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
3. Sri Gaddigopula Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before appropriate forum by filing appropriate application. There shall be no order as to costs.
