Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 21.7.2021, registered as Case Crime No. 254 of 2021, under Section 506 IPC, P.S. Koraon, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitts that the charge-sheet no. 290 of 2021 has been forwarded on 18.10.2021 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law. 5. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 6. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
