The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 14.9.2022 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 23868 of 2022. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, a compliance affidavit has been filed disclosing compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court. A perusal of the affidavit indicates that Plot No. 537 stands demarcated with boundary marks installed at proper places and Plot No. 541 could not be demarcated because it is an abadi land. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
