The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 27/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 271/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 364, 384, 385 & 395 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. The petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have abducted the informant from a place near Sabra road. While the petitioner and co-accused persons were decamping away with the vehicle of the informant, they were intercepted by the police party and the victims were rercovered. 4. It was submitted that co-accused namely Ajay Kachhap @ Vijay Dhan and Upen Sanga @ Lambu have been granted bail by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about one year. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
