Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of all these miscellaneous petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, C.M.P.No.9633 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for and the delay of 43 days is condoned. 3. The abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd respondent/T.Vadivel is set aside and hence, C.M.P.No.9635 of 2025 is ordered as prayed for. 4.
