JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 7 20-02-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State in both the cases. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No. 128 of 2025 registered for the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52278 of 2025(7) dt.20-02-2026 2/3 offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2) ,324(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS and section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Because of road rage , the petitioners are alleged to have fired upon the vehicle of the informant and alleged to have assaulted them and looted Rs. 90,000/-. 4. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no injury caused to the prosecution side and it is specifically a case of roadways which is being given a colour of assault and loot etc. 5 Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application of the petitioners. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I Bagaha, West Champaran/ concerned court below in connection with Bagaha P.S.Case No. 128 of 2025 subject to the conditions laid down in Section Patna High Court CR.
