Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Ulidih P.S. Case No. 283/2024 for the offence under sections 109/352/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Alok Kumar, Learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. On 16.10.2024 at about 05:00 P.M., some altercation took place between the brother of the informant and co-accused persons due to which the co-accused shot the brother of the informant causing firearm injury on his thigh. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused to have shot the brother of the informant.
