The Court made the following: ORDER This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 12.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25340 of 2022. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the contempt case is filed for not complying the order dated 12.08.2022 in W.P.No.25340 of 2022, wherein this Hon’ble Court has given direction to the petitioners to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within ten (10) days from that day and on receipt of such 2 representation from the petitioner, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same within thirty (30) days thereafter, in the light of Rule 22(g) and (h)(i) of the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, G.O.Rt.No.267, Education (SERV.VI/A1) Department, dated 21.09.1999, G.O.Rt.No.65, General Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated 15.02.1997, G.O.Ms.No.45, Education (SE-SE.VII) Department, dated 19.02.2005 and G.O.Ms.No.89, Education (Ser.VI) Department, dated 07.11.2002, etc. As mentioned in the affidavit, petitioner has submitted a fresh representation and the same was considered by the respondent authorities by passing an elaborate order vide Proceedings in Rc.No.3559/A2/2022, dated 03.10.2022. 3. In view of the above, the writ petitioner is directed to challenge the said proceedings in Rc.No.3559/A2/2022, dated 03.10.2022. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. __________________________ Dr. K.
