PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.71 of 2019, on the file of Rompicherla Police Station, Chittoor District. 2. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on oral instructions has informed this Court that pending the present petition, the Police have proceeded with the investigation, but, till date, no charge sheet has been filed and requested time to file the same. 3. In view of the fact that the investigation in the present case was not stalled by this Court and as no charge sheet has been filed till date, the Police are directed to file a charge sheet in the present petition after completion of the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
