Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenues have been produced before the concerned Magistrate and a remand
order has been passed. In view of the fact that the remand order had been passed, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner and the detenues to avail of their remedies under the Law. There shall be no order as to costs.
