In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to enter the name of the petitioner in respect of the land bearing Survey No.259 measuring 2 acres situate at Bettahalasuru Village, Yalahanka Taluk by considering the representation dated 30th April, 2024 (Annexure-K).
3. Heard Sri. Venugopala M.S., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30th April, 2024 (Annexure-K) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
