Reply is not intended to be filed on behalf of the respondents. In view of the no objection on behalf of respondents, delay in filing the accompanying appeal is ordered to be condoned. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Arb. Appeal No. _______ of 2026 Vide order of the even date passed in OMP(M) No. 442 of 2025, delay has been ordered to be condoned. Appeal be registered. Admit. OMPST No. 45691/2025 The accompanying appeal has been admitted, which will take sufficient long time. In case, the execution of the award is not stayed, in that eventuality, the purpose of filing the present appeal will be frustrated. Consequently, the application is allowed. And during the pendency of the appeal, the execution of the award dated 28.09.2023, in Award No. 69/2022, passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, is ordered to be stayed, subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire awarded amount, along with up-to-date interest, within a period of eight weeks, from today.
